Sensational seafood
The world is your oyster
Seafood specialists The Wright Brothers are dishing up a £20 native lobster special this month, sourced from their own wholesale team at Brixham Market. At their spot in Battersea Power Station’s Circus West Village, they’re also hosting a 2-hour oyster masterclass where you can learn loads about these tasty molluscs before trying a selection of 10.

A pescatarian pop-up
Borough Market's Applebee's Fish is hosting a seafood-filled pop-up on the Southbank this summer. There’s a champagne and oyster bar plus dishes such as sustainably sourced fish and chips, and seabass ceviche. Oyster shots are also available, where a medium rock oyster is knocked back with a shot of Bloody Mary, Champagne and shallot, or tequila with chilli and lime.
